The Shred Right shred event season is officially here! We kicked off our drive-thru, contact-less 2020 shred events with an event at Las Tortillas Restaurant in Rosemount, MN earlier in May.
Ryan Mc., owner of Las Tortillas explains why he partnered with Shred Right for the event, “At Las Tortillas, we’re always looking for ways to support our community. Our shred event with Shred Right was one more way we could help feed our community through Shred Right’s funding of our lunch program, and a way to keep our community safer by providing an option to securely destroy documents, not just send them to a landfill.”
Our Shred Right Security Operators wore masks and gloves, and event attendees never had to leave their cars. Event participants that brought their shredding were encouraged to bring their documents in “shred-able” paper bags so containers did not have to be passed back to event attendees. We will ask all Shred Right shred event attendees this year to follow the guidance we’re providing for each event, as the CDC is updating information almost daily about gatherings and event best practices.
One thing that isn’t changing about our Shred Right shred events is that all your material is securely shred and recycled. That will also remain the same for our drop off program. You will be able to bring your shredding to our headquarters in St. Paul beginning on May 30th, 2020! Get hours and pricing details on our Saturday drop off program here.
We are really looking forward to being able to serve our community again this year through our Shred Right shred events and Saturday drop off program. We have been successfully putting on drive-thru and virtually contact-less events and providing residential shredding services for over 37 years. We hope to see you at a Shred Right shred event or at our headquarters with your shredding soon!
